About the Client
HealthyPlanet Canada is one of the leading suppliers of health foods, supplements, sports nutrition, and beauty care categories of Canada. Their business model is Omnichannel with 37 stores all over Canada to deliver high-quality products from different locations.
Project Objectives
The client’s objective is to bring the highest-quality supplements, vitamins, health foods, bath & beauty, and eco-friendly products at the lowest possible prices delivering from a nearby physical store with an omnichannel-based digital eCommerce store with modern technology, features, functionalities, and a User interface. They wanted a common eCommerce website to make it easier for the customers to place the orders so that their business can generate more sales for 37 stores located across Canada. Along with online orders, they wanted a system to manage the POS sales also.
The Challenge
It was a great challenge to build one single website to manage all the 37 stores and sync their data so that the customers can see the availability of the products online. We delivered a secure shopping experience for their eCommerce store.
The Solution
The client had an old Magento-1 based eCommerce store with limited features and functionality hence, we recommended Magento 2 latest version for easy migration and cost-effective solution. We proposed complete from scratch development to come up with a modern and user-friendly design for consumers and to give new branding and Digital footprints to Healthy Planet Canada.
We helped them get a more SEO-friendly eCommerce website that engages the users and offers a seamless checkout. Our team built a fully responsive website that has a highly browseable and easily searchable product catalog.
